Mr. LeBarron Mcwhorter reflects on his awesome academic and musical experiences that shaped his identity and put him on the pathway into education. With over 15 years in the classroom, LB speaks about the musical growth he’s seen from his students, why he still gets excited when it’s time to perform, and how he’s evolved from a young band director into an open minded, empathetic educational leader.
